Exterior, in-unit, and common area lighting were the most popular types of retrofits installed by property owners and managers. This makes sense as LED lighting technology offers a great return on investment with a very quick simple payback.

The next most common measure type was energy efficient vinyl windows, which are great for reducing heat transfer during New Mexico summers and winter months.
