    The PNM Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program offers free energy efficiency measures for in-unit and common areas; cash incentives for qualifying energy efficiency upgrades on appliances, heating and air conditioning, energy-efficient lighting, and more; and free basic audits to qualifying properties to identify the best energy upgrades for your property.

The PNM Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program offers energy efficiency upgrades including: high efficacy lighting and lighting controls, space heating and space cooling equipment, water heating equipment and controls, faucet aerators and low flow showerheads and refrigerators.
